All about Eggs

Goose can lay whattt??
It is almost Easter and I thought "here is a perfect excuse to tell you about
healthy egg finds".. They may cause a few eye brow raises...

Being open minded to all types of foods comes with an interesting price. Eggs are the easiest things for humans to receive nutrients from. Yummy. The United States is used to waking up to the smell of their chicken eggs being scrambled, boiled or sunnyed side up-ed. But, Helllooo Goose Eggs. Unless you have lived on a farm or with the Amish, not a lot of people have been exposed to the infinite possibilities of what is a goose egg.

Goose eggs... Did I mention that they are huge. A large chicken egg is on the top to show the size in comparison to the mammoth  Goose egg.

the yoke of the goose egg is very big as well. After the egg is scrambled it tastes so good, like buttAh.
